Chef Victoria leads the Omega kitchen in Doral, from menu development and sourcing to the final pass before every order goes out the door. She sets the standard our entire team cooks to, whether the plate is headed to a corporate cafeteria, a catered event, or a VIP lounge at the airport.

Our own fleet carries every order from the kitchen to the final customer , offices, institutions, event floors, and airport VIP lounges across Miami. No third-party couriers between our chefs and your guests.

Omega Hospitality was built around one belief: great food service starts in a great kitchen. Ours is a brand-new industrial facility in Doral, Florida, staffed by professional chefs and a team of fifteen who prep, cook, plate, and deliver across Miami, including some of the most demanding rooms in the region: airport VIP lounges.
